How do we do it?

More than Personal Training

Personal Training at Home

This is the very core of our service. Your coach trains with you one on one in the comfort of your own home, outside, or any other location you prefer. He or she is your extra motivation, your source of information, your very first point of contact and your confidant. At Selsa we find it essential that you click with your trainer: We always try to make the best match based on your goals, character, location and agenda.

You can choose 12, 24 or 48 sessions with a coach. We will discuss what suits you best during the free intake.

Online Support

Whatever your goal is, you will succeed only if you make changes that last. Often, results depend on more than what you do during the training sessions with your coach. At Selsa we have various tools that help you improve your lifestyle: our Training App supports your independent training sessions and our Food App gives you insight into your diet. It is like carrying your digital coach in your pocket.

Furthermore, our online portal offers you the opportunity to keep track of your progress, to participate in group challenges and much more!
